State Poster Requirements
The following posters are required for all Michigan employers:
Illegal discrimination
Right to know poster
Safety and health protection poster
Safety data sheet location poster
Unemployment compensation notice
Unemployment Security Act
Whistleblowers’ protection poster
POSTERS REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYERS
The following posters are required for Michigan employers that are subject to specific laws or that operate in the specified industries:
Minimum wage notice: required for all employers with two or more employees.
Paid medical leave poster: required for covered employers with 50 or more employees.
Youth employment poster: required for employers with workers younger than 18.
