Notice: For all persons hired, Federal law requires that U.S. employers verify their identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States. Therefore, if hired by EMKS, employees are required to provide specific required documentation along with the Employment Eligibility Form (I-9) on their first day.
Additionally, as a Government Contractor, EMKS is required by law to submit this same information to be verified through the U.S. Government's E-Verify system. The E-Verify system is a web-based system that compares information from the I-9 Form with Federal Government databases to confirm employment eligibility. If not confirmed as eligible to work in the U.S., the employee will not be eligible to continue working for EMKS.
