Louisiana Notices and Posters
The following posters are mandatory for Louisiana employers so that employees have access to and information about applicable labor laws. These posters can be downloaded from the links below.
State Poster Requirements
All Louisiana Employers
The following posters are required for all employers in Louisiana:
Age discrimination poster
Genetic discrimination poster
Minor labor poster
Out-of-state vehicles poster
English
Spanish
National Guard poster
Sickle cell trait discrimination poster
Employee classification poster
Unemployment insurance poster
Workers’ compensation poster
Earned income credit poster
Timely payment of wages poster
EMPLOYERS THAT RECEIVE FEDERAL FUNDS
All Louisiana employers that distribute federal funds must post the following:

PUBLIC EMPLOYERS
State and local governments and any employer that performs services for them must post the following:
Whistleblower protection poster
Smoke-Free Air Act: "No smoking" signs or the international "No smoking" symbol consisting of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it must be clearly and conspicuously posted by the owner, operator, manager, or other person in control in every public building, public place, and place of employment where smoking is prohibited by state law. Certain Establishments
Human Trafficking: All of the following establishments are required to post information regarding the National Human Trafficking Resource Center hotline:

Every massage parlor, spa, or hotel that has been found to be a public nuisance for prostitution;

Every strip club or other sexually-oriented business;

Every full-service fuel facility adjacent to an interstate highway or highway rest stop;

Every outpatient abortion facility; and
-
Every hotel.
