EMKS is incredibly excited and proud to announce our Vice President of Health Solutions, Jennifer Brown Rosas, PMP®, is one of the winners of the 2022 Leading for Impact: Women in Leadership Awards!
These awards recognize women mentoring & driving the industry's technology, business transformation, & modernization through their impactful leadership and mission-focused strategic programs across the Federal Civilian, Federal Health, and Military Health, Technology, and Consulting Community.
The women who receive this award are creating the next positive disruption that will truly change how Federal agencies support their mission. Jen provides senior contract oversight to the EHRM Enterprise Test group, the contractor validation group under EHRM Integrated Test, and leverages a diverse background in complex programs and significant subject matter expertise to oversee this critical initiative.
She has been influential in developing the internal and program-level testing processes required for a large program with cross-organizational stakeholders. She led testing of the Joint HIE (deployed April 2020) and has since evolved and optimized the testing strategy, establishing sustainment guidelines that are applied across other testing areas. She worked closely with VA EHRM Interoperability leadership to further address the transition of program responsibility to EHRM while liaising with business owners, and was integral in easing this transition.
