Today is our Customer Service Engineer, Jorge Miranda's 1st Work Anniversary!
Jorge works on the ITOSIS' contract in support of the Project Management Team. He's a highly dedicated team member who imparts knowledge and experience in IT related projects within the medical field. Jorge delivers excellence to our customers by focusing on interactions between the military and civilians.
He simultaneously tracks and maintains upwards of fifteen projects while building charters and tracking their progress. He keeps time and takes notes during meetings while also conducting risk assessments and lesson learned documentation when closing out projects.
When asked for a quote, Jorge stated, "Freedom is not free."
