In our latest edition of Employees Making Key Successes, we would like to showcase Jerry Partney!!
Jerry started at EMKS in October of 2019 as a Business Development Executive supporting our Business Development Team. His primary role is getting the EMKS name brand out there by connecting with other companies, volunteer organizations, and non-profits to develop relationships that could turn into opportunities for growth.
Since starting with us, Jerry has been contributing to many amazing expansions happening at EMKS. He helped create and lead the Veteran Onboarding Liaison Vehicle (EVOLVe). This internal workgroup supports newly hired Veteran employees. It is a natural outgrowth of the work he already does as the Membership Committee Chairman for the Tampa Chapter of the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses (FAVOB), whose mission is to give Veterans the same opportunities as other disadvantaged groups.
In acknowledgment of Jerry’s magnificent work ethic, the kudos that he has received from his team, and his willingness to go above and beyond what is expected of him, Jerry has received an EMKS “Living Our Shared Values” Award.
