EMKS is honored for the 4th year to bring seasonal cheer & make our annual Holiday totes for the residential and inpatient Veterans at the C.W. Bill Young Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL
One of our company's highest priorities is to support our local Veteran community. EMKS team members volunteered their time to plan & put together the gifts.
These customized totes contained essentials such as manicure sets, dental supplies, lotion, deodorant, back-scratchers, combs, socks & hats. In addition, we added some fun goodies, including crossword puzzles, word searches, sudoku books, notebooks, playing cards, stress reliever balls, pens & assortment of delicious snacks.
After the volunteers put the gifts together yesterday, they used SUVs and trucks to deliver the filled totes to the hospital in time for the holiday weekend. EMKS looks forward to the many opportunities throughout the year to let our service members know we appreciate them.
