The following posters are mandatory for Pennsylvania employers so that employees have access to and information about applicable labor laws. These posters can be downloaded from the links below.
All Employers
The following posters are required for all employers in Pennsylvania:

Public Employers
The following posters are required for public employers in Pennsylvania:

Employers Subject to Specific Laws
The following posters must be displayed by employers that meet the criteria mentioned below:
Child labor poster: required for employers that hire employees under the age of 18.
Hours of work for underage workers: required for employers that hire employees under the age of 18.
The following poster applies to: (1) Employers of 4 or more persons, including units of state and local government, (2) Labor organizations, and (3) Employment agencies.
Fair Employment Poster
No smoking signs: required for employers subject to the Pennsylvania Clean Indoor Air Act. Businesses where smoking is prohibited under this act are required to post “No Smoking” signs prominently at entrances and inside the building. Businesses that are not covered by this act must post “Smoking Permitted” signs at their entrance.
