
Lindsay Kennedy
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations for EM Key Solutions (EMKS), Lindsay Kennedy provides leadership and oversight for the company's contract portfolio, project management team, and operational processes. She partners closely with company leadership, customers, and project managers throughout the contract lifecycle, from planning and staffing through execution and closeout, to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and continuous organizational improvement. Drawing on her background in program management, quality management, and process excellence, Lindsay helps EMKS deliver consistent, high-quality results while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth across the organization.
Lindsay's responsibilities span a wide range of operational functions. She oversees contract performance and risk management, mentors and develops the project management team, leads process improvement initiatives, and serves as Quality Manager, maintaining and continuously improving EMKS's Quality Management System (QMS) in support of the company's ISO certifications. She also plays a key role in operational planning, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership to support company growth.
Prior to assuming her current role, Lindsay served EMKS as a Program Manager supporting government contracts, where she managed remote teams delivering mission-critical support services to federal customers, with direct responsibility for project planning, stakeholder engagement, and team development. Before joining EMKS, she spent several years with JPMorgan Chase leading high-performing operational teams in a large-scale public sector banking environment responsible for processing millions of transactions valued at billions of dollars annually. During her tenure, she contributed to major modernization and digitization initiatives, collaborating with business leaders and technology teams to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes. Her career foundation was built through progressive leadership roles in operations management, where she developed expertise in workforce leadership, process improvement, and organizational transformation.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor, and CompTIA Project+ certified professional. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
