Georgia Required Posters and Notices

ALL EMPLOYERS

The following posters are required for all Georgia employers:

EMPLOYERS SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC LAWS

Employers must display the following posters only if they are affected by the laws, conditions or requirements specified below:

Workers’ compensation physician’s panel poster: required for all employers subject to workers’ compensation laws.

Workers’ compensation bill of rights poster: required for all employers subject to workers’ compensation laws.

Georgia’s Smokefree Air Act of 2005 requires employers to post 'No Smoking', 'Smoking Permitted', 'Smoking Permitted, No One Under the Age of 18 Allowed', and 'No Smoking Beyond this Point' in letters not less than 1.5 inches in height, where applicable. These signs must bear the applicable annotated code section, 'O.C.G.A. § 31-12A-1 et seq.'

PUBLIC EMPLOYERS

All public employers must display the following poster:
