All Colorado Employers
The following posters are required for all employers in Colorado:
Colorado Overtime and minimum wage pay standards order (COMPS 38)
Employment anti-discrimination notice (includes notice re: Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act)
Unemployment insurance poster
Workers’ compensation law poster
Notice of injury poster -
the official poster measures 27 inches by 40 inches. State law requires employers to display this notice in a format that is at least 14 inches by 11 inches.
