The following posters are mandatory for Alabama employers so that employees have access to and information about applicable labor laws. These posters can be downloaded from the links below.
State Poster Requirements
The following posters are required for all employers in Alabama:
Child labor law poster
Workers’ compensation notice
Unemployment compensation (job insurance) poster
Clean Indoor Air Act
Employers must prominently post "no-smoking" signs in enclosed work areas and appropriate "smoking area" signs in entrances to enclosed designated smoking areas.
