As the Vice President of Finance for EM Key Solutions, Cynthia Boyatt serves as a Senior Adviser for Finance and Business Strategy to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, and corporate finance.
Cynthia is no stranger to the government contracting landscape. She has over 15 years’ experience in the government contracting arena with companies ranging from IT Services to Infrastructure Construction. Throughout her career she has worked in positions from Accounts Payable to Controller, in some organizations in addition to her Finance duties she performed work in HR, Safety, Work Comp and Risk Management along with her Finance Duties. In the government contracting arena, Cynthia has worked with companies specializing in Information & Data Management, Big Data Analytics, the Innovative Application of Technology, Infrastructure, Construction, Military Munitions Response (MMR), Environmental Services and Global Development.
Cynthia's Past Experience
Before coming to EMKS, she served as the Controller for RELYANT Global and also for Information International Associates. In her role at both organizations, she has been responsible for analyzing and adjusting items such as budgets and rate structures, to ensure growth and profitability for the organization.
Cynthia has a Master’s in business administration from South College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Phoenix and is CPA and CMA eligible.
